how to make moon water

moon water is a very versatile tool within witchcraft and quite simple to make. fill a clear container (like a glass jar) with water and leave in an area where moonlight will reach it (like a windowsill) overnight.

a basic moonwater is just water under a full moon, but you can charge your moonwater under different phases of the moon. each will have its own different meaning and use. water-safe crystals and herbs can also be added to the mixture. if you are using moonwater for something edible, make sure you are using portable water, no crystals, and edible herbs!
